She believed that anyone, given the right tools and support, could
discover their passion and turn it in to a rewarding career.

So in 2010, Avril left behind a successful career in accounting to launch AVision.

She personally created and delivered a series of inspiring workshops designed to empower people to discover and achieve their goals.

Having achieved success in the community, Avril went on to spread the word to local prisons, employment agencies and schools.

Today as a life coach and change-work specialist, Avril works with a team of passionate facilitators who deliver life-changing workshops in partnership with some of the Midlands’ largest service providers including The Staffordshire and West Midlands Community Rehabilitation Company, Pertemps People Development Group, National Careers Service and Catch22.

To date Avril has empowered numerous delegates to turn their lives around and gain the courage to create successful new careers, set up businesses and turn their personal lives around.
